Land for sale in Benahavís, Costa del Sol

Offering an extraordinary investment opportunity, this 2,200 m² plot sits above the prestigious El Lago Project in Real de La Quinta, within a secure gated country club estate. From this privileged elevated position, owners will enjoy panoramic views of Gibraltar, the North African coastline, La Zagaleta, and the surrounding mountains, as well as breathtaking sunsets thanks to its west-facing orientation.

The plot allows for a total internal build of 462 m² including basement. A conceptual design is already in place, though buyers also have the flexibility to create their own bespoke villa project. Significant groundwork has already been completed: the plot has been flattened and a large retaining wall constructed, saving the buyer an estimated €200–€250,000 plus IVA in preparation costs.

The Future of Real de La Quinta – El Lago Project
